Viewing or Link Difficulty

If pages do not display properly, or the links to
download trials or the links to purchase licenses
do not work properly:

Firefox Browser:
  1. Click the 'Reload current page' button on the menu bar.
  2. Select 'Clear Private Data' from the tools menu, being
    sure the 'Cache' option is checked.

Internet Explorer Browser:
  1. Click the 'Refresh' button on the menu bar.
  2. Select 'Tools', 'Internet Options', 'Delete Files' (including
    all  offline content).

Netscape Browser:
  1. Click 'Reload current page' button on the menu bar.
  2. Select 'Clear Private Data' from the tools menu, being
    sure the 'Cache' option is checked
